Returns and refunds

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges due to items being custom, however, if there is a problem with your order please email us at [email protected].

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items. If this applies to you, please email us at [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we will rectify the issue.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

At this time we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit best, check out our sizing charts.

In the case your order was mislabelled, email us at [email protected] within a week of receiving your order, being sure to include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item and we will send you a new one, or issue a refund.
